Run for your Life! - Community Access

Run for your Life!

Launching in Summer 2016 are low impact group-based health and fitness programs that allow you to build your health and fitness goals while meeting and developing relationships with people in your own community, because these events are actually held in your local community.

The Health and Fitness programs facilitated by Community Access are run by qualified personal trainers with the aim of promoting and encouraging health and wellbeing through regular exercise and healthy living. They are also designed to create opportunities for father/son, or mother/daughter activities that create a safe and supported environment to enjoy something together, while also meeting new people. These group exercise programs may include light cardiovascular exercise, weight resistance activities, structured exercise routines, and individual advice and education about healthier eating and lifestyle choices. No guarantee of actual weight loss is made by Community Access, their staff, partners, or representatives.

A completed Medical Release form signed by your GP will be required prior to participating.

More details will be available closer to the release date, but please lodge your interest via our Contact Us page, along with your contact details and the name of your village, town, or suburb, so that we can pass your details on to our personal trainers and local area group facilitators. Launch dates will be available via our Facebook page.

Or, if you're really keen, download our Medical Consent Release forms (below) and get a head start on the queue.

Please note: All Community Access group-based activities require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
