Our Girl's Day Out activity is a full day of beauty and pampering.
Delivered once per week, we travel out of Geelong to our chosen day spa or beauty salon, where you select from a range of different beauty treatments at significantly lower prices than the retail cost.
While we're there, you get to pick up tips and clues and about skin care, hair care, makeup, and healthy living.
Then, after all that hard work of primping and pruning, we go out for coffee and cake, before heading back home again.
Relaxed and rejuvenated.
A self esteem and skill building activity for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme,
their parents, partners, carers, and friends.
For each Girl's Day Out activity you need at least 8 group social and community hours on a weekday. Depending upon demand more than one group may be operating out of your local area at any one time. Please let us know which days you are available. It is not expected that you attend every week. There will be additional fees and charges for this activity. Community Access vehicles are not modified to accommodate powered wheelchairs, but can take lightweight collapsible or folding chairs.
